Xavier KOENER

Xavier KOENER holds law degrees from the Free University of Brussels, with special expertise in public law.

Xavier KOENER made an additional master’s degree in European and international law at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.

From the 1st October 2010 Xavier KOENER works as a lawyer.

Before joining the Robert MINES law firm, Xavier KOENER has been admitted to the Bar of Liege (Belgium) where he carried out his internship at Henry & Mersch law firm. During his internship he worked within the administrative and environmental law department.

Xavier was the Professor Ann Lawrence Durviaux’s assistant at the University of Liège (Belgium) during the year 2013.

Since January 2014, Xavier KOENER is admitted to the Bar of Arlon (Belgium), where he works as lawyer.

Since December 2014, Xavier KOENER is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar on the list of lawyers practicing under its original title.

In the Robert MINES law firm, Xavier KOENER works within cases linked to European law, trademark law, commercial law and in cases with cross-border aspects.

Xavier KOENER paid special attention in cases linked to the criminal law and the respect for fundamental freedoms.

He speaks French, English, Dutch and Swedish.
